FOOY / COMMUNITY DESIGN

Build capable homes.
Then connect them.

Fooy is designing a model that begins with responsible land reclamation and site preparation, then places productive homesteads—proposed from ½ acre to 100 acres—on suitable land. Residents would generate essential resources, learn practical skills through AI, and share expertise locally. The aim is less routine dependence on distant institutions while strengthening neighborhood cooperation.

PRIORITIES / FROM HOME TO NEIGHBORHOOD

Practical systems first.

01 / HOME

Owned technology

A modular household Library and Sprovik guidance, keeping knowledge, troubleshooting and basic local operation under homeowner control.

02 / POWER & WATER

Essential resources

On-site electricity generation, battery storage, rainwater harvesting, efficiency and essential-load backups—engineered safely for each property.

03 / MAKING

Repair and produce

CNC machining, 3D printing, practical workshops, micro-gardens and seed starting. Make replacement parts and useful goods at home or in local shared facilities.

04 / LAND

Lots built for purpose

A proposed range of ½–100 acres supports everything from compact gardens and solar roofs to working acreage, orchards and larger-scale food production where feasible.

05 / PEOPLE

Raise practical skill levels

Develop locally skilled citizens through AI-supported education, opt-in skill sharing and specialist neighbors. Expand access to expertise rather than making it a membership barrier.

06 / DEVELOPMENT

Reduce routine dependence

Meet more daily needs at home or within the neighborhood—reducing reliance on distant providers and government assistance for ordinary problems while preserving public safety and legal compliance.

07 / RECLAMATION

Reclaim and prepare land

Evaluate disturbed, previously developed and underused sites for selective excavation, grading, erosion control, soil restoration and productive reuse. Engineering and environmental review come before earthmoving.

COMMUNITY CONCEPT ART / NOT A BUILT OR APPROVED PROJECT
Project status · November 2026

No Fooy community has been built, property acquired, excavation or reclamation work begun, or lots offered. Site approvals, remediation plans, construction financing and permits remain future feasibility matters. Current hands-on development centers on the technology for a household pilot.
